Our healthcare team of primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and physical/occupational/speech therapists create a customized program appropriate for individuals who need traditional post-acute rehabilitation or psychiatric rehabilitation.
We know that family involvement is an important part of the recovery and rehabilitation process. We encourage families to become active participants in the care of their loved ones whether it be asking questions or participating in the therapy sessions.

Upon admission, you or your loved one will be assessed and screened by every department and an individual plan will be put in place. A care plan meeting will be scheduled with the family and the interdisciplinary team. This meeting allows us to review the goals in the care plan and answer any questions either party has. This is also the time where you and your loved ones can meet the team.
Our medical team, management, and service professionals are here to provide you with care consistent with our commitment to quality. We thoroughly review you or your loved ones medical records and preferences to make sure all your needs are met. We pride ourselves on resident-focused care.
